About the role
- Analysts are integral members of our investment team and play a key role across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities to executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies post-investment.
Responsibilities
- Play an active role in the firm's sourcing efforts through thematic research, proactive outreach, and relationship building with founders, executives, and industry stakeholders (e.g., bankers, other investors).
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities and apply a thoughtful, creative approach to origination.
- Analysts drive the investment evaluation process and work directly with our Vice Presidents, Principals, and Partners, including on market research, competitive analysis, customer and expert interviews, business analysis, and financial/transaction modeling.
- Support value creation efforts, including growth strategy, product expansion, execution, team augmentation, and capital planning.

- Strong analytical skills and rigorous attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality, insight-driven analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to interact confidently with senior management teams and internal leadership.

Compensation
- $115,000 - $115,000 USD

- Pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws, the base compensation for this role starts at $115,000 plus a competitive bonus.
