About the role
- GLC Advisors is seeking a top-tier Investment Banking Associate to join its Gaming advisory franchise in Denver.
- This position is intended for candidates with exceptional technical ability, sound judgment, and a demonstrated interest in executing complex transactions in a lean, performance-driven environment.
- The Gaming practice advises across the full interactive entertainment and gaming ecosystem, including gaming technology and software, payments and infrastructure, land-based gaming and entertainment, iGaming, sports betting, and lodging.
Responsibilities
- Developing detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials used in board-level and investor discussions
- Conducting in-depth industry, company, and strategic analyses to support advisory recommendations
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant transaction experience in M&A, capital markets, or restructuring
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and accounting proficiency
- Bachelor's degree required
- Outstanding analytical capability, intellectual curiosity, and professional judgment
- Ability to independently manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing junior team members
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
Nice to have
- Prior investment banking experience as an Analyst or Associate strongly preferred
- FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 strongly preferred (required within 90 days of start date)
