About the role

  • Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, voice, and storytelling across all communication channels.
  • Evaluate communication effectiveness and recommend improvements through analytics, feedback, and innovation.
  • Contribute to communication deliverables including website content, email campaigns, copywriting, and digital communications.

Responsibilities

  • This leader will serve as both a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who can lead projects, build effective systems, collaborate across teams, and execute high-quality communication initiatives with excellence.
  • Build scalable communication systems, workflows, and standards that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage project timelines, approvals, priorities, and communication workflows across multiple projects.
  • Partner with ministry leaders and staff to develop effective communication strategies and plans.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments and support alignment of communication efforts.
  • Maintain high standards of creativity, consistency, and excellence across communication platforms.

Requirements
