include supporting residents with activities of daily living, obtaining and reporting vital signs, documenting care accurately, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
You will communicate with nursing leadership and appropriate team members to help coordinate resident care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department operations.

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care needs, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team in delivering exceptional service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required:
Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.
Must possess an understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.
Preferred:
Previous work experience in a healthcare setting.
Home Health Aide certification preferred or must successfully obtain within six (6) months of hire, if applicable to assigned area.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Ability to function both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting a team-focused environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to set priorities.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and learn other software systems as needed.
