Cost Tracking & Analysis - Maintain detailed cost control systems for labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and production rates across multiple active site development projects.
Forecasting & Budget Management - Develop and update monthly cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance reports
Change Management - Evaluate scope changes, quantify cost impacts, and support preparation of change orders and claims documentation.
Bid Support & Estimate Validation - Collaborate with estimating teams to validate quantities, unit rates, and assumptions for new pursuits and project expansions.
Systems & Data Integrity - Maintain accurate cost coding, cost breakdown structures, and project financial data within company systems.
Forecasting & Budget Management - Develop and update monthly cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance reports; identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-7 years of cost engineering, project controls, or financial analysis experience in heavy civil, infrastructure, EPC, or large‑scale construction.
Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading, and site development cost drivers.
Proficiency with cost control software, production tracking tools, and Excel‑based modeling.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, schedules, and quantity takeoffs.
Experience with earned value, forecasting, and cost reporting methodologies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with field teams.
High attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset.
