About the role
- The Commercial Support Specialist – Hose Products supports daily commercial and operational activities with a primary focus on hose product lines. This fast-paced role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. The position oversees the full customer request lifecycle,
- from sourcing and quoting through order execution and follow-up, and serves as a key liaison among customers, suppliers, Engineering, and internal teams.

- Essential Functions
- Ensure compliance with all quality processes and procedures by managing required documentation such as MTRs, NDE reports, certificates of compliance, test certificates, assembly documentation, and tagging requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- 3 Years of Customer service experience in manufacturing or Industrial business (Preferred)
- Experience with Industrial hose (Preferred)
- 2- or 4-year college degree in business, engineering technology, or related field (Preferred)
