About the role

We're looking for a Solutions Architect who is excited to work at the intersection of business and technology-someone who can translate complex needs into clear, effective technical solutions.
This is a growth-oriented role, ideal for someone early in their architecture journey who's ready to deepen their impact as a trusted technical advisor.
Important Note: This role is open only to candidates based in the United States.

Lead architectural discovery and assessment efforts for new and existing clients
Partner directly with clients to guide technical decisions, establish feasibility, and build trust
Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight to delivery teams alongside Tech Leads
Advocate for simplicity, elegance, and long-term sustainability in system design
Curiosity and a drive to continuously learn and improve

That said, based on our current pipeline, experience in the following areas will be helpful:
~ 3-6 years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or architecture
Experience working with clients or external stakeholders
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
A strategic mindset-you can balance big-picture thinking with practical constraints
