About the role

This position would be a part-time, as needed role.

At least two year s of e xperience in raising personal support.
Assess participants fundraising needs and provide accurate support to help them accomplish full funding.
Lead assigned participants in weekly (or bi-weekly, depending on the MPD Coaching Program) cohort video calls following the curriculum provided.
Lead weekly (or bi-weekly, depending on the MPD Coaching Program) one-to-connect video calls with individual assigned participants following the curriculum provided.
Create a tailored fundraising plan and realistic goals for participants to achieve full funding

Knowledge of Navigator ministry and funding model required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required.
Complete weekly reporting required during MPD Coaching Programs

Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver's Authorization and oth

Participate in Navigator s on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings or other non-Navigator developmental events as appropriate.
