About the role
- KeystoneCare - Director of Marketing & Business Development KeystoneCare is seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Marketing & Business Development for our Home Care and Hospice divisions.
- The selected candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in home care and hospice services, along with demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expanding service lines and enhancing service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure that sales and marketing initiatives align with service capabilities and enhance customer experience.
