Responsibilities
- Counsel, mentor, coach, and develop employees.
- Perform daily quality checks
- Train department employees to safely and accurately perform tasks to predetermined standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, report issues, and suggest improvements.

- The Production Lead oversees daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards.
- This role acts as a bridge between management and production staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring performance, and resolving issues to maintain productivity and deadlines.
Requirements
- Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality control.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
