About the role
- This position serves as a subject matter expert for client care of employees and family members affected by Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs).
- Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience analyzing and evaluating employee relations programs for effectiveness.
Requirements
- Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F.
- Experience proposing recommendations for program improvements that require significant changes (ie. substantial agency resources, legislative changes/approval, etc.).
- Experience analyzing and evaluating employee relations programs for effectiveness.
- Applicants must meet all the required qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
Compensation
- $144k-$187k
