Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and general ledger activities.
Lead full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Establish and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risk.
Identify inefficiencies and implement automated systems or new procedures to streamline workflows.
By overseeing accurate and timely financial reporting, this position enables senior leadership to make informed, strategic decisions that drive business growth.
As a leader within the department, the Accounting Manager is instrumental in developing team capabilities and fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Deep understanding of GAAP and tax laws.
Ability to interpret complex financial data into meaningful insights for decision-makers.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High level of precision in data management and reporting to prevent costly errors.
