About the role
- An Inside Sales Agreement Representative specializes in new business development for our agreement and inspection services.
- This role is instrumental in driving growth of both client base and revenue streams.
- Primary responsibility is to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our agreement and inspection services.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through market research, outbound prospecting, and networking efforts.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure new business agreements, ensuring terms are aligned with company objectives and customer expectations.
- Create compelling and customized proposals that highlight the unique value of our services to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Maintain a well-organized and dynamic sales funnel/pipeline, account, and contact information, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process and ensuring timely follow-up within our CRM software.
- Maintain the sales funnel according to the established KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for Funnel Quality Reporting. Provide other reports to management as requested.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and client services, to ensure a coordinated approach to client onboarding and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to travel locally and outside the service area for operational requirements & training when necessary
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and 1-2 years direct B2B selling experience.

Compensation
- 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date).
- 5 days of Sick Leave per year.
- 10 paid holidays per year
