About the role

  • Identify manual, repetitive workflows across marketing and replace them with AI-driven solutions
  • Automate campaign reporting, post-event analysis, and ongoing performance insights

Responsibilities

  • You will own how we identify and eliminate manual work across marketing, and replace it with scalable, intelligent systems that improve speed, output, and business impact.
  • Build and deploy agentic workflows across content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment
  • Design connected systems and data pipelines that surface insights automatically
  • Build the technical foundation that improves Flywire's discoverability in AI-driven search environments
  • Your Talent Acquisition Partner will walk you through the steps and be your "go-to" person for questions.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps, with enough context to connect what you build to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and earn access to the data and systems your work depends on

Skills

  • Direct experience using AI tools to meaningfully automate or accelerate your work, beyond basic content generation
  • Builder mindset, demonstrated through side projects, experiments, or internal tools

Compensation

  • $115k-$150k

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$150,000 and benefits.
  • Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
