- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of value-based care models (ACO, bundled payments, risk-sharing arrangements, etc.) Strong ability to communicate ROI and business impact to both clinical and financial stakeholders.
Compensation
- $150k-$200k

- As a Payer Partnerships Lead (Value-Based Care), you will own the full sales cycle-driving new business with health plans and payer organizations focused on improving cost, quality, and outcomes.
- 3-7+ years of experience in B2B healthcare sales, with a focus on payers, health plans, or value-based care solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
