About the role
- You'll help continued formalization of and utilize the standards, tools, and workflows that ensure every AI2IO product, from Power Platform solutions to Revit engineering tools, meets rigorous quality benchmarks.
- You'll work hands-on within projects while helping shape how quality is embedded across all development pods.
- This is a foundational role for someone who loves creating structure, driving improvement, and championing excellence in every release.
Responsibilities
- AI2IO is seeking a Senior QA Specialist to join and support our recently established software quality assurance program.
- Collaborate with developers, delivery leads, and analysts to embed QA early in the design and development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain reusable test case libraries, templates, and documentation standards.
- Mentor development pods in QA best practices and support the recruitment and onboarding of future QA/Test Engineers.
- Developers view QA as a partner in performance, not a post-production checkpoint.
Requirements
- Experience with performance/load testing and defect analytics.
Nice to have
- ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
