- Troubleshoot highly complex problems for which the analysis and resolution require extensive knowledge of many diverse system components
- Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to service owners
- Enhances, evangelizes, and contributes to DevOps development principles, activities and complex development tasks (infrastructure as code, continuous integration and delivery, and designing for failure)
- Provide project management, coordination, and programming for IT project having a significant impact.
- Provide leadership and IT solutions for complex problems involving the cloud portfolio.
- Identify applicable new technologies through research, collaboration with peers, and participation in standards organizations, industry groups, panels, etc.
