- We are seeking a thoughtful, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our high-performing clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide evidence-based, short-term and longitudinal tele-therapy to Galileo patients within your state(s) of licensure, conducting targeted 30- to 45-minute sessions.
- Manage Varied Acuity: Comfortably navigate a range of clinical presentations, providing sophisticated diagnostic impressions, treatment planning, and safety planning/crisis intervention for higher-risk patients when necessary.
- Licensed and credentialed to support patients with clinical concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with providing teletherapy (text-based, video, phone) and integrating technology and data into practice/care provision
- A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) is required
- Physical requirements include manual dexterity, visual acuity for screen usage (8+ hours/day), keyboarding, and the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech.

Compensation
- Enjoy competitive hourly rates or per-visit pay structures that provide steady income without the overhead or billing headaches of private practice.
- Hourly rate equivalent up to $150,000 annually, pro-rated based on hours and employment type (W2 vs 1099)
