About the role
- We are hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer to work across the product and technical stack, from AI workflows and backend systems to frontend product experiences.
- Work across a broad technical stack in an AI-native environment.
- Move quickly from idea to shipped product.
Responsibilities
- Use modern LLMs, embeddings, and structured data pipelines to build features such as document review, entity extraction, and quote comparison.
- Build features that directly affect real customer workflows and outcomes.
- The opportunity to help build an AI-native product from the ground up.
Requirements
- 2+ years in ML/NLP/LLM systems, or 3+ years in software engineering with strong applied-AI interest.
- Proficiency in Python and experience integrating modern LLMs into products.
- Experience with SQL and database systems.
- Ability to turn messy real-world data into practical product capabilities.
- Experience with unstructured documents such as PDFs or insurance policies.
