About the role
- Along with hands-on training, direct deal and project experience, you'll also receive mentorship from senior leaders, networking opportunities, and exposure to executives across the entire Commercial Bank.
- You'll also get a chance to make lasting impressions through collaboration with your team and colleagues on client deliverables and strategic business initiatives.

Requirements
- Must be continuing in the same course of study of your most recent full-time degree program following completion of the internship
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by

Nice to have
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or relevant major
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
- Examples of demonstrated leadership and team-oriented traits
- Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
- Intellectually curious and forward thinking
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms and a demonstrated ability to use AI as a collaborator for research, drafting, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
- The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
- Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
