About the role
- This role is responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion and ensures alignment with business objectives and adherence to PMO standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, which includes development of timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive stakeholder accountability
- Perform process walkthroughs to identify operational or financial reporting risks
- Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to regular status reporting and portfolio visibility
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and promote adoption of project management tools such as Monday.com
- Successfully manages cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently achieved
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships by facilitating effective communication, driving accountability, and maintaining alignment across teams
- Maintains accurate project reporting and documentation while promoting adherence to PMO standards, governance processes, and project management tools such as Monday.com

Requirements
- Adaptable - you are a self-starter who's able to quickly digest and execute new processes to work both collaboratively and independently
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in cross-functional or enterprise environments
- Experience with system implementations, integrations, or operational initiatives preferred
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred
- Experience on Monday.com or related project management tool
