Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience in residential home services required, such as:
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Nice to have
- ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.
