About the role
- As a BSO Strategic Change/EMLC - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and projects within our Internal Firm Services practice.
- You will organize leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, and promote consistent execution across sectors.
- Collaborating across lines of service, you will share knowledge and promote technology and tools for sales and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic change initiatives and managing operational execution to support business services and support functions
- Overseeing research and data analysis to track, manage, and report on strategic initiatives and projects
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
Requirements
- What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience
Compensation
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
- All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

- $91,000 - $321,500.
