About the role

  • We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator - Credentialing to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina in a hybrid capacity.
  • This position plays a key role in candidate vetting, background verification, and adjudication of pre-employment screening results.
  • include reviewing candidate applications for discrepancies, analyzing background check results, adjudicating verification findings, and training new team members on credentialing protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters in reviewing and assessing candidate applications and resumes to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential falsifications
  • Liaise with Human Resources Business Partners and Legal on complex matters that require escalation beyond standard adjudication protocols
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience within a fast-paced, professional, and progressive environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment operations
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or background verification platforms
  • Knowledge of employment verification and background screening best practices
