About the role

  • The Manager, Corporate Accounting, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Regent Surgical corporate accounting function, including the monthly close, general ledger, account reconciliations, accounts payable and equity method activity.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting policies; help develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned which could include assisting with financial reporting, department initiatives or projects, and assisting the Director with consolidation.
  • This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
