In this vital role, you will provide both direct and indirect nursing care to intermediate care patients, promoting their safety, healing, and overall well‑being.

As a PCU RN, you will use your strong organizational, prioritization, and clinical interpretation skills to manage complex patient needs in a fast‑paced setting.
You will work closely with a diverse multidisciplinary team, engaging in continuous collaboration to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
Patient Care & Advocacy Facilitate, implement, and evaluate individualized Patient Plans of Care and corresponding outcomes.
Clinical & Technical Competence Deliver timely and effective nursing interventions based on patient needs.
Documentation & Communication Accurately document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and provider communications in real time.
Perform ongoing review, initiation, and implementation of provider orders each shift.
Implement appropriate safety interventions promptly and consistently.
Report performance concerns to maintain a safe, supportive, and effective care environment.

Your ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and foster supportive patient relationships will make a meaningful impact on outcomes.
Demonstrate strong clinical skills and technical proficiency in all aspects of patient care.
Follow medication safety policies and complete all required Safety Tracking Tools.
