Reinforce concepts introduced by the teacher through guided practice, repetition, and age-appropriate activities, providing additional support to students who need individualized attention.
Support students in developing foundational academic habits, including listening attentively, following directions, and engaging respectfully in classroom discussions.
Student Engagement & Supervision Provide a structured, nurturing, and joyful classroom environment that supports social-emotional growth and reflects Donum Dei's Christ-centered mission.
Support classroom management by reinforcing expectations, routines, and procedures established by the Lead Teacher.
Collaborate closely with the Lead Teacher and grade-level team to ensure consistency in instruction, student support, and daily operations.
Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and training sessions to grow in instructional practices and support the mission of the school.
Team Each member of our team is essential to building a thriving culture that sees and calls out the image of God in our students and in one another.
Working alongside the lead teacher, the aide helps implement lesson plans, support classroom management, and ensure the well-being of students throughout the day.
Skilled in classroom routines and communication with families, they assist the lead teacher in forming joyful, disciplined learners grounded in biblical truth.

This individual assists in creating a nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment where young children can develop academically, socially, and spiritually.
