- This is an onsite role based at our Lake Forest Distribution Center.
Responsibilities
- Generate and support cycle-count activities and AFCM controls for inventory reconciliation processes
- Identify and document inventory discrepancies, exceptions, and adjustment requests
- Execute SAP reporting and data review to support operational accuracy and visibility
- Support data and GRC roles validation for SOD compliance
- Maintain complete, accurate documentation for inventory adjustments and exceptions
- Support audit readiness by ensuring proper evidence retention and traceability
- Partner with Warehouse, Planning, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs.
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain execution

Compensation
- 65,450.00 - 84,700.00
- Our compensation approach includes a combination of fixed and variable pay, with short‑term and long‑term incentive opportunities for eligible roles.
- The salary range posted represents the anticipated hiring range for this role.
- Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity, and may fall outside the posted range.
