Responsibilities

- As an Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, develop team members, maintain brand standards, and drive sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
- Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing needs
- Drive team accountability and operational performance

Nice to have
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Experience in full-service dining preferred
