Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement surrounding quarter-end close and 409A valuation update timelines
- Design, document, and maintain a robust internal control environment to ensure financial statement accuracy and safeguard company assets
- Provide the Leadership Team and Board of Directors with high-impact strategic analysis and business insights, partner and collaborate with senior leaders to meet cross-functional goals
- Encoded Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing precision genetic medicines to transform the lives of patients with severe neurological disorders.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in US GAAP, with the ability to translate the impact of complex technical standards to the Leadership Team and business partners in a way that empowers decision-making

Compensation
- $250,000 to $290,000.
- Manage annual financial audits with external auditors and oversee all Federal, State, and local tax compliance and filings.
