- The listed salary range reflects base salary.

- We are looking for a Principal Business Compensation Analyst to work hybrid near an HPE office, preferably in Houston, TX. In this role, you will plan, design, develop, analyze, communicate, and implement Total Rewards strategies and programs aligned to HPE's business and HR priorities. You will consult with business and HR leaders to develop compensation solutions, analyze internal and external market data, model changes to reward programs, monitor legal and regulatory requirements, and integrate compensation programs with related HR processes such as performance and talent management.
