About the role

  • The DS RCM Analyst plays a key role in strengthening financial visibility, optimizing reimbursement performance, and supporting the continued growth of the Disability Services division.
  • This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 3x per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable activities, including billing, payment posting, collections, and account reconciliations for Regional Center and private pay accounts
  • Review revenue recognition, analyze denials and underpayments, and partner with Operations and Finance to determine appropriate adjustments, write-offs, and corrective actions
  • Support process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives that increase revenue cycle efficiency and reporting capabilities
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Revenue Cycle teams to resolve complex billing issues and support key analytical projects
  • Train and provide oversight to offshore support resources assisting with billing, collections, and payment posting activities
  • This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, and Revenue Cycle leadership to ensure accurate revenue recognition, resolve denials and underpayments, and support reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • You are a passionate and performance-driven t eam player, eager to take on a key role in our company's growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
  • Experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, billing, or related financial operations preferred
  • Experience with healthcare billing, home and community-based services, or Regional Center funding preferred
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, or business analytics solutions preferred

Nice to have

  • NetSuite or similar ERP system experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools preferred
