- We're seeking a remarkable Member of Technical Staff to join our team in managing and enhancing reliability, automating processes, and conjuring excellent experiences for platforms tens of thousands are using now.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical and product decisions, collaborating with designers and engineers to create lightning-fast, highly performant trading systems
- we ship extremely fast here, and with that we must all maintain velocity
Requirements
- You have a strong technical background, backed by proof
- You are an exceptional software engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a closely related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
- You can expect one, or a process similar to the following, based on our perception of your weakness:
- You take extreme pride in your work, and thrive in meritocratic environments
- Previous work in open-source, which we will inquire about if applicable
- A trading/Olympiad background, but will not be considered negatively if without
- React, Python for working with our other platforms and backend components
- Pride themselves on delivering results swiftly, often faster than their peers; we ship extremely fast here, and with that we must all maintain velocity
- An eye for product sense, with an ability to empathize with users, anticipate what they actually need, and translate that into features that deliver actual value
- Peer programming, fitted with system design into an existing implemented system
- Implementing new features and deploying them properly
- Theoretical questions, pertaining to systematic processes in a work environment
