About the role
- The position is responsible for critical Finance Processing Services (FPS) functions, including the addition and maintenance of Supplier and Customer Master Data, 1099 reporting and supplier payments.
- The role also requires strong interpersonal, customer service and process management skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assigned activities, particularly for internal key and non-key controls
- Manage the Positive Pay file process
- Develop and maintain accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities in scope for Data Operations
- Ability to identify and manage priorities effectively
Requirements
- Associates Degree in accounting or similar or 5 years of relevant experience
- System troubleshooting experience
Nice to have
- Additional skills in accounts payable/receivables database management and queries
- Ability to travel as needed for training

Compensation
- Incentive Plans
- $21.00-$28.00 per hour
- Process and send 1099 and 1042 tax documentation for assigned segments and brands on an annual basis
