Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial, operational, compensation, and market data to support valuation conclusions.
  • Build and review financial models, market analyses, and supporting schedules using Excel and other valuation tools.
  • Manage assigned workstreams across multiple concurrent engagements, including timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Support and review the work of analysts and interns, providing guidance and constructive feedback as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across offices and service lines to help deliver coordinated solutions for clients.
  • Deliver Relentless Excellence® through high-quality work, reliable execution, and a commitment to client service.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting projects and client relationships in a professional services environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with the ability to analyze large and complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with or interest in using AI tools and technology to enhance productivity, research, and analysis
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to colleagues and clients.
  • A proactive approach, sound judgment, and the ability to work with increasing independence and accountability.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in compensation valuation, healthcare consulting, transaction advisory, or a related field, with experience in provider compensation preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare operations, provider compensation practices, market dynamics, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with careful attention to detail and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
