About the role

  • Accountable for allocation of resources including fiscal management, personnel management, and program results.
  • Regularly exercises independent judgment and discretion related to institutional policies regarding accommodation processes, health services, assessment, and student data.
  • Represent Division of Student Affairs leadership within the campus, the university, and in the community.

  • 30% Student Support Programs

Requirements

  • Positions require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and six (6) years of progressively responsible relevant experience, which has included at least three (3) years of managerial experience.
  • A Master's degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience.
  • Experience working successfully with diverse populations.
  • Experience using various computer software, i.e. word processing, database, spreadsheets, electronic mail, etc.

  • In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
