About the role
- Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.
- We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours towards licensure, and engage in continuous education under expert supervision.
Responsibilities
- Our team manages all scheduling, insurance, billing, and credentialing tasks, allowing you to focus solely on client care
- Quickly build a diverse caseload through our connections with insurers, universities, and community providers

Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Work with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
