  • Where We Need You Protiviti is looking for a Manager to join our growing Supply Chain & Operations team.
  • Our Hybrid Workplace Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with plant floor personnel to understand operational challenges and design data-driven solutions that improve productivity and support their roles.
  • Developing and deploying analytics models, dashboards, and reporting tools tailored to plant floor needs.
  • Leading client workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities, validate findings and refine recommendations.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality, logistics ) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline ( e.g., Eng ineering, S upply Chain, Operations, or Business
  • Proficiency in AI tools i.e. Microsoft Data Foundry (or equivalent), ChatGPT, Claude, Co-Pilot, NVIDIA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data historians such as OSIsoft, an understanding of data tags and high value use- cases is a plus.

Compensation

  • Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule.
