Responsibilities
- This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and provide technical guidance on Stanley's Transportation projects, mentor junior staff, engage in professional organizations, and help foster collaboration and growth within our West Palm Beach office.
- Serve as the drainage and stormwater technical lead on major transportation and infrastructure projects, overseeing all aspects of design and coordination.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight for drainage and stormwater design, including preparation and review of calculations, models, plans, specifications, and details.
- Design, analyze, and review grading plans, flow calculations, detention pond sizing, storm sewer capacities, and other civil site design elements.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roadway stormwater drainage design.
- Experience with Florida Department of Transportation drainage design requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with South Florida Water Management District and/or St.
