About the role
- FlexStaff is seeking a Contracts Specialis t with experience with FAR/DFARS and ITAR regulations to work for one of our clients, an electronics manufacturer, located in Melville, NY. This is a permanent, full-time job. Qualifications: - 5+ years contract management experience in defense manufacturing industry - Experience with large, complex multifaceted
- electronics design & manufacturing environment - Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations and understanding of the role of procurement in complex industries. - Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations and of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation) - Understanding of subcontractor solicitations

Requirements

- Understanding of subcontractor solicitations and bid analysis/process. -
