About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement approaches to identify and attract top talent to the organization inclusive of both organic attraction techniques and partnerships with external staffing partners.
- Build talent pipelines for near-term and longer-term organizational capability and capacity needs.
- Using a consultative approach, collaborate with HR Business Partners and assigned clients to translate workforce planning analytics into proactive pipeline development.
- Help manage and participate in targeted recruiting initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Human Resources stakeholders to develop action plans for hiring key, hard-to-find talent.
- As an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist, the Associate Director implements and executes recruitment strategies and programs to attract best in class talent for critical openings.
- Establishes effective partnerships with search specialists and hiring managers to create and manage talent pipelines, coordinate recruiting initiatives, and leverage relationships with third party search partners.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise and proven track record of success in talent acquisition best practices.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Typically requires 8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Compensation
- $146,400 - $219,600
- The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.
- This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.
- Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
