About the role
- This shift is 6PM - 2:30 AM Monday - Friday.
Nice to have
- Move about within the plant in the facilitation of work teams, problem-solving, and communication with employees and management.
- Academic background in Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ideally 2+ years of manufacturing experience, with a preference for manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experienced with manufacturing ERP systems and understanding of SQDCC.
- Proven understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
