- What you'll be responsible for: As a Bartender I, you'll focus on providing consistent, friendly service while mixing and serving standard drinks, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Mix and serve standard cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide attentive service.
- Verify guest identification and enforce alcohol service laws.
- Handle payments and operate POS system accurately.
- Success Measures Drink Accuracy: 90%+ accuracy following standard recipes.
