About the role
- Trepp is a leading provider of innovative data and analytics solutions for CRE, CMBS, CLO, and Lending markets.
- This individual will work closely with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams to help translate data and client feedback into product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Support: Help product managers document clear requirements and user stories, and work with engineering to clarify details during execution.
- Market Research: Support market and competitive research on lending, CRE, and fintech trends to help inform product decisions.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key product metrics such as adoption, retention, and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work with product, engineering, and client success teams to collect feedback, log feature requests, and track progress on the roadmap.
- Documentation: Maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal resources to support the wider team.
- Support market and competitive research on lending, CRE, and fintech trends to help inform product decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key product metrics such as adoption, retention, and engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel
Nice to have
- Exposure to commercial lending, CRE, CMBS, or CLO markets.
- Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Interest in how AI and automation can be applied to data analysis or fintech workflows.
