About the role

  • The Center for Christian Virtue Project Manager acts as the primary operation liaison between the Senior Fellow of Strategic Initiatives and the participating pro-life and pro-family organizations.
  • The position is responsible for the implementation of the strategy, ensuring that high level advocacy is supported by disciplined project management and coordinated grassroots activity.
  • Drafts formal correspondence and directives for coalition stakeholders and oversees the execution of bulk communication through the CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, organize, and document coalition-wide meetings, ensuring agendas are clear and action items are tracked and executed.
  • Project-manage grassroots advocacy campaigns, including coordinate-by-mail initiatives, digital activism, and phone-banking efforts.
  • Maintain meticulous internal records, including coalition rosters, campaign metrics, contact lists, and tracking sheets.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, tactful, diplomatic, and focused on building consensus rather than emphasizing differences.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism focused on client/constituent relationships.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, non-profit management, or grassroots advocacy.
  • Proficiency with Voter Voice system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and comfortable using AI in everyday tasks.

  • Full-time, Salaried/Exempt
