About the role
- The Center for Christian Virtue Project Manager acts as the primary operation liaison between the Senior Fellow of Strategic Initiatives and the participating pro-life and pro-family organizations.
- The position is responsible for the implementation of the strategy, ensuring that high level advocacy is supported by disciplined project management and coordinated grassroots activity.
- Drafts formal correspondence and directives for coalition stakeholders and oversees the execution of bulk communication through the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, organize, and document coalition-wide meetings, ensuring agendas are clear and action items are tracked and executed.
- Project-manage grassroots advocacy campaigns, including coordinate-by-mail initiatives, digital activism, and phone-banking efforts.
- Maintain meticulous internal records, including coalition rosters, campaign metrics, contact lists, and tracking sheets.
- Trustworthy, responsible, tactful, diplomatic, and focused on building consensus rather than emphasizing differences.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism focused on client/constituent relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, non-profit management, or grassroots advocacy.
- Proficiency with Voter Voice system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and comfortable using AI in everyday tasks.

- Full-time, Salaried/Exempt
