Six months of experience in custodial, housekeeping, grounds keeping or food service work.
Must be capable of walking around a 10,000 square foot building multiple times daily and be able to ascend and descend the stairs of a 5 story building multiple times daily and stand for extended period of time.
In accordance with University Policy Statement 18, this position is considered essential and may be required to report or stay on campus in the event of emergency or closure.
Due to the position's physical requirements, a pre-employment physical examination will be required per FASOP: HR-04.
All candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and maintain that valid work authorization throughout employment.

Be capable to stoop, kneel, and crouch. Capable of moving furniture that weighs 20 to 40 lbs or more and transport cleaning carts and various equipment to different parts of the building on occasion
