About the role

  • Launched in September 202 5, our location in Brookfield, WI, is already home to top local talent in behavioral health care.
  • Our programs will serve patients across a variety of diagnoses including Mood/Anxiety, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, and Substance Use.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage primary/family/group therapy operations. This includes administrative responsibilities as well as mentoring, supervising, managing and developing therapists within the program.
  • Perform and support other clinical roles as needed including primary and family therapy
  • Communicate with patients' family members or support system, as needed
  • We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to supervise, manage and mentor therapists across Compass Adult programming/services.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of group dynamics utilizing CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, among other effective treatments.
  • Experience with patients in crisis.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment.

Compensation

  • $78,000 - $98,000 USD
