About the role
- Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is opening a new female residential behavioral health facility in Cranberry Township, PA and is seeking a skilled Licensed Family Therapist to join our clinical team.
- Opportunity to help launch a new residential program
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support the safety and well-being of youth in placement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Ability to work in a residential treatment environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Cranberry Township, PA
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related clinical field
- Experience providing family therapy and working with family systems
Nice to have
- Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
