Responsibilities
- Traders manage their unique strategies in rapidly evolving live markets.
- New hires work closely with senior traders - analyzing risks and rewards, exploring new strategies, collaborating with quants and software developers to build and optimize trading models.
- Quant Traders work independently and with others to develop ideas and analyses, and integrate them into our trading strategies and systems.
- Our team constantly seeks new opportunities, analyzes their risks and rewards, and creates strategies and tools to capitalize on them.
Compensation
- Total compensation packages consist of base salary and a discretionary bonus.
- Annual Base Salary: $300,000.
