Responsibilities
- Oversees night shift order filling operation. Maintains See's standards for accuracy and timeliness of orders.
- Assists in the management of all warehouse personnel, including training and development and performance management of supervisory and hourly employees. Manages in accordance with the union contract. Schedules hiring according to the contract
- Implements See's Safety Program within the department. Assists in implementation of company-wide OSHA-regulated training programs.
- Manages in accordance with the union contract.
- The purpose of this position is to support the Shipping Manager in maintaining the operation of the receipt, storage, and distribution of all raw materials and finished products.
Requirements
- Three to five years of management or supervisory experience in warehouse and distribution operations in a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience in automated inventory control systems.
Nice to have
- Bachelor degree in business preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is expected to be $90,000 - $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
